Complex delivery leadership

Public Utility Commission of Texas

Client-facing accountability for a quasi-legal workflow where five internal departments, external parties, and an integrated filing system all have to move together.

  • Current implementation across five departments
  • Five internal departments plus external parties
  • Long-running client relationship

The work

The platform coordinates contested cases across five internal departments and outside participants, with an external filing system integrated into the workflow. The complexity is organizational as much as technical: different roles, evidence, deadlines, and handoffs must remain coherent from end to end.

My seat

I am accountable to the client for ensuring that what Kinetech promises is what the team delivers. Craig is the sales lead and Kinetech-side sponsor. Marc is the solution architect and technical lead. I occupy the space between them, the delivery team, and the client—turning decisions into an executable product and surfacing risk before it becomes surprise.

Commercial context

The broader PUCT relationship has expanded over time. I describe future work as positioned—not closed, awarded, or contracted—until its status is confirmed.
