These terms apply to the portfolio, résumé, articles, contact features, and project directory on jonlamb.co. They also apply to the Jon Lamb SMS Program when a participating application links to them. Individual applications remain separate services and may have additional terms, privacy policies, and consent flows.

Project descriptions and links are provided for information. A link is not a promise that a project will remain available or unchanged. When you visit or use a project, its own policies govern that use. One project’s account, purchase, or messaging consent does not automatically apply to another project.

The Jon Lamb SMS Program is a low-volume SMS program operated by Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC through participating consumer applications that expressly link to these terms. The participating application is always identified when you sign up. Current participating applications include Katie’s Car App and Bubble Burster.

Depending on the application and the choice you make, messages may include:

• One-time login or verification codes.
• Account, application, listing, and service notifications.
• Customer-care and support conversations.
• Dealer messages carried through Katie’s Car App.
• Optional informational, project, news, and marketing updates.

You consent separately for each participating application. Consent for one application does not enroll you in another. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may contain web links and dealership or customer-service telephone numbers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the applicable sending number or messaging program. Because one sending number may carry more than one message category, a STOP request may affect multiple categories delivered through that number. Opt-out requests are honored promptly. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].

These umbrella SMS terms supplement any application-specific terms. If an application-specific disclosure conflicts with these terms regarding that application, the more specific disclosure governs for that application.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means in a way that burdens the site, or use the site to violate law or another person’s rights.

Unless stated otherwise, the site’s original writing, design, code, and other content belong to Jon Lamb or Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may link to the site and quote brief portions with attribution. Other reuse requires permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Portfolio, article, résumé, and project-directory content is general information, not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Project-specific disclaimers may add to this one.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not control third-party sites linked from jonlamb.co.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jon Lamb and Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of this site.
