This policy applies to information collected through jonlamb.co, including the portfolio, résumé, contact form, writing, and project directory. It also applies to information processed through the Jon Lamb SMS Program when a participating application expressly links to this policy.

A linked project is still a separate application and may collect other information for its own purposes. Its additional privacy disclosures apply alongside this policy. Consent for one application is never used to enroll you in another application.

If you use the contact form or send an email, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

The site and its hosting, security, and analytics services may also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, approximate location, and how pages are used.

The Jon Lamb SMS Program may process:

Why we process it

• Deliver optional informational, project, news, or marketing updates where you expressly requested them.

SMS sharing

Personal information is not sold. Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

SMS information may be processed by vendors necessary to operate the requested program, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, hosting providers, and compliance vendors. Those providers may use the information only to provide the requested messaging, delivery, security, hosting, or compliance services—not for unrelated purposes.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For clarity, providers that transmit the texts may process SMS opt-in information solely as needed to deliver and support the requested program. They may not use it for their own or anyone else’s unrelated marketing.

Your SMS choices

Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable sending number or messaging program, or HELP for help. Contact [email protected] with access, correction, deletion, or consent questions. Opting out does not retroactively delete compliance records that Little Zhuzh Zhuzh LLC reasonably needs to retain. Consent for one application is never used to enroll you in another application.

Non-SMS site information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure, analyze, or deliver this site and its contact messages. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Personal information is not sold.

jonlamb.co uses Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate site use and improve the experience. Clarity and other essential hosting or security services may use cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings can limit cookies, though some site functions may be affected.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, carrier compliance, and legal needs. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate operational and compliance needs require it.

jonlamb.co and the Jon Lamb SMS Program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through them.
