The operating surface
The construction platform brings schedules, daily field reports, quoting, RFIs, invoices, change requests, and financial workflows into one operating system. The value is not a long feature list; it is giving office and field teams a shared view of the work and its economic consequences.
The product lesson
Operational software succeeds when it matches the cadence and context of the people using it. A field report on a phone, a financial approval in the office, and a change request affecting the project plan may belong to one product, but they do not deserve one generic experience.
Why it belongs here
Public sector is my strongest evidence base, but it is not my only professional identity. Construction delivery shows the same judgment applied to a different environment: understand the real work, specialize the experience where frequency and stakes demand it, and keep product decisions connected to delivery and financial reality.
