What It Is
Day One Implementations builds the software infrastructure that makes the first days of a new franchise location functional instead of chaotic.
The flagship product: AI-powered revenue recovery for appointment-based franchise systems. When cancellations and no-shows happen, the system identifies the best replacement candidate and fills the slot automatically — without staff intervention.
The Problem
Franchise operators lose significant revenue on day one and in the early weeks of a new location — not because the business model is broken, but because nobody built the operational infrastructure for that moment.
Booking systems aren't connected to staff workflows. No-shows go unfilled. New customers who couldn't get an appointment don't come back. The revenue leaks out before it's ever captured.
What I'm Building
- Automated fill logic — when a cancellation hits, the system finds the next candidate and reaches out
- Warm handoff to staff — when a customer confirms, staff gets a clean notification with context
- One-location POC model — $100/month, prove it at one location, mandate across the network
