Day One Implementations

The most critical moment in any franchise isn't the grand opening. It's day one.

I build the infrastructure that makes day one work instead of fall apart.

The Problem

Franchise operators, emerging companies, and new locations fail not because the business model is bad — but because nobody built the infrastructure for day one.

The booking system isn't connected to the staff schedule. The confirmation flows aren't set up. No-shows go unfilled. New customers who couldn't get an appointment give up and don't come back.

The revenue leaks out before it's ever captured. And the damage isn't just financial — it's operational. A franchise location that starts badly rarely catches up.

"I show up on day one and build the thing that makes the whole operation work."

Not a consultant. Not a vendor. A builder with operator instincts who has done this before.

The Product

AI-powered revenue recovery for appointment-based franchise systems

Fills cancellations automatically

When a cancellation or no-show happens, the system identifies the next best candidate and reaches out without staff intervention.

Warm handoff to staff

When a customer confirms, staff gets a clean notification. No dropped balls. No missed opportunities.

One-location POC model

$100/month per location. Prove it works at one location, then mandate across the network. No-risk entry.

Why Jon

I built COVID assistance apps that hundreds of thousands of Michigan residents used to access emergency relief during the worst stretch of their lives. The stakes were real. The timelines were brutal. We shipped.

I've built case management systems for state regulators, civic tools for local government, and financial systems for federal clients. I know what it means for software to actually work in the field.

Then I built Good Fold — a dumpling brand — from nothing. Brand, ops, production, and the internal software that runs it. I'm not just an engineer. I'm an operator who builds.

Day One Implementations is the synthesis of everything. The civic tech scale. The operator instincts. The builder urgency.

Current Status

In development. Actively seeking the first franchise system partner for a no-risk, one-location proof of concept. No long contract. No upfront cost. Just a chance to prove the system works.

Let's talk.

If you run a franchise system or know someone who does, I want to talk.
